Shipping
We will ship all non-backordered items within 3 business days. We have warehouses all over the United States so we are able to ship anywhere in the US within 3 days, some orders will be delivered even sooner. Most orders recieved before 3:00PM will be shipped the same day. If there is any problem with your shipment we will notify you by phone or by e-mail. We ship using Fedex, UPS, and United States Postal Service to make your shipping as fast and easy as possible. Allow 2 to 10 days shipping depending on where you live. Express shipping is available for an extra fee on all in-stock orders. After orders are shipped we will notify you via e-mail with a tracking number whenever possible so you can find your part anytime. Shipping is based on the amount of the total order. Orders that qualify for free shipping under specials(helmets, riding gear) will have shipping charges taken off before the shipment leaves. All orders over $250.00 are shipped UPS or Fedex ground for free(exept lawn equipment). Lawn Equipment is shipped via truck, shipping costs will be figured at the time of shipping but most lawn mowers run between $120-170 to ship. We accept Checks, Credit Cards, Money Orders, Paypal(Call), and we will ship cod but it runs $6.50 for the COD fee even on orders that qualify for free shipping.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged on all orders in the state of West Virginia.
Returns and Exchanges
Any aftermarket items may be returned within 30 days of the recipt date. Factory Suzuki, Kawasaki, and Arctic Cat parts have the same deadline exept for electrical parts which can not be returned. All returns must be in the original packaging with a copy of the original packing slip. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns do not have to be pre-authorized but it is recommended. If you do not pre-authorize your return please put a slip in telling us why you are returing your item. Items that do not meet qualifications for return will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original invoice and the balance will be credited to the original credit card or a check will be issued.
There are exeptions to the restocking fee. Incorrect items will recieve no restock. We will replace those items with no extra shipping charges. Incorrect sized items will be exchanged at no fee to the customer. The customer pays all shipping charges. In the event of a customer ordering error, exchanges for an item of equal value will not recieve a restock fee, but refunds will. Customer will pay all shipping on customer order errors. Prices
All prices are subject to change. Online prices may differ from in store prices. We reserve the right to change website errors. We have the right to refuse to sell for any reason. In the event of a website error we will notify you before shipping your item via e-mail or phone.
